Biography

My first priority is to build a good relationship where you feel safe and heard. I have a compassionate, empathic and non-judgemental approach to psychotherapy, which helps create the therapeutic relationship for your journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Whilst the sessions will primarily led by you to allow personal exploration, I will help guide and work with you to to unpack the narrative and identify any limiting beliefs, life scripts or mindset etc, that may be keeping you stuck.

I have training and experience as a BACP registered Integrated Psychotherapist dealing with various issues such as addictions, bereavement, anxiety, depression, divorce/separation, body dysmorphia, low self-esteem, and much more. Being an Integrated Psychotherapist allows me to utilise various approaches and skill sets and to tailor these to your individual needs. I have trained in modalities such as Person Centred, CBT, IFS, Gestalt, Narrative and Attachment.

I have further training in coaching, mindfulness, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which broadens my therapeutic toolbox. I integrate these into my practice where appropriate to help you address your issues and achieve personal growth and healing.

I hope to hear from you soon.
