Approach to treatment
My approach to therapy is pluralistic, recognising that different clients require different ways of working at different times. I adapt my approach to meet individuals where they are, ensuring that therapy remains flexible, collaborative, and responsive to their needs.
Rooted in person-centred principles, I create a non-judgmental and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely, while integrating Jungian perspectives to help uncover unconscious patterns, symbolism, and deeper influences that shape personal experiences. My work is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which supports clients in understanding and harmonising different aspects of themselves.
