Specialist in I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and locations, supporting them in developing a deeper connection with themselves through empathy, respect and understanding. My approach helps individuals listen, non-judgementally, to their own experiences with greater clarity, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. I specialise in working with individuals undergoing significant life changes, trauma, and challenges related to motivation, relationships, and self-understanding. Through an integrative therapeutic approach, I provide a space where clients can explore their inner world, navigate transitions, and build resilience in a way that aligns with their unique experiences and needs, all while priding myself on adapting my approach to the needs of my clients

Approach to treatment

My approach to therapy is pluralistic, recognising that different clients require different ways of working at different times. I adapt my approach to meet individuals where they are, ensuring that therapy remains flexible, collaborative, and responsive to their needs.

Rooted in person-centred principles, I create a non-judgmental and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely, while integrating Jungian perspectives to help uncover unconscious patterns, symbolism, and deeper influences that shape personal experiences. My work is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which supports clients in understanding and harmonising different aspects of themselves.
