I work in a truly holistic way aim to balance all your bodily systems and emotional and physical health. I understand that food can be an emotional issue for many people so I incorporate leanings from my psychology degree on helping you to make dietary and lifestyle changes. Approach to treatment
I take a functional medicine approach which combines cutting edge medical research with a holistic, systemic approach to healing. I focus on finding the underlying root causes of disease and biochemical imbalances in the body. Viewing the entire body as whole, knowing that everything is interconnected and any input can have system wide impacts, provides a more effective way to view disease and health. This approach allows for imbalances to be addressed at the root cause level using multiple interventions such as diet, sleep hygiene, stress reduction and mitigation, exercise, and targeted therapeutic interventions to achieve healing and health.
