Jo Rowkins - Nutritionist
SPECIALIST IN Stress, hormonal, digestive, weight management, immunity, skin, female health, detoxification
I am experienced in helping clients with many different health issues, and I work successfully with stress-related conditions, weight management, digestive issues, female hormonal imbalances and many others conditions.
I believe that finding balance is the key to optimum health. Often people force themselves to make healthy choices, get obsessed by a fad diet, or make a series of attempts at trying to get healthy, without finding the balance in their lifestyles that they are actually seeking. I'm interested in exploring as many aspects as possible to guide a client to that elusive place of balance.
Giving yourself the gift of undivided time to consult with a nutrition and health professional allows you to shed light on your own habits, needs and health goals. I enjoy being able to facilitate and guide each client to a place of better health, vitality and balance.
I am fascinated by the profound effect nutrition has on the body. When disease processes and imbalances have set-in, nutritional therapy can set you back on the path to health again by addressing underlying causes, rather than simply treating symptoms.
Joanne Hart - Nutritionist
SPECIALIST IN Digestion, stress & resilience, sport, energy, food intolerance, mood and weight.
If you'd like help with energy and resilience for work, life or sport then you're in the right place.
Problems with your digestion, food intolerance, stress, energy, weight, hormones and your mood will all get in the way of what you want to achieve. Either it isn't obvious how to solve these problems yourself, or you're short on time and need some expert input.
I'm here to help you with the expert input, of course you will need to find some time to speak to me and implement my recommendations but we'll do it in an efficient way. By investigating the underlying issues of your problems through questionnaires and scientific tests we can put the effort where it is needed. This will then help you to achieve your aims which I'm interested to hear about, or I can even help you to develop them.
The process is simple:
- Book a consultation
- Complete a health history
- We meet and I take a comprehensive health history, I learn about your lifestyle, food habits and practicalities like where you shop.
- I give you recommendations, these may include scientific tests and supplements.
- Recommendations will include food and lifestyle suggestions.
- A follow up session is then booked to review test results (if you do them), and to fine tune.
- We do this as a one off, couple of sessions or a series of sessions depending on your needs and the complexity.

SPECIALIST IN Weight Management / Sports Nutrition /Hormonal health / Eating disorders / Addictions / Depression / Anxiety and Depression / Allergies (Asthma and food intolerences / Insomnia / Constant Tiredness / Low energy / CFS / Gut health / Infertility
I am a qualified and insured nutritionist having studied at The institute for Optimum Nutrition for 4yrs and have been practising since 2003. I am passionate about how people can change their lives through diet, nutrition and exercise. I look to improve people's health and fitness levels from losing weight to finding the causes of serious health conditions. Individual nutritional requirements differ because of our different body chemistries resulting from factors such as genetic make-up, medical history past and present, age, gender, present and past dietary patterns, and environmental factors. The same diet is not appropriate for everybody and the needs of individuals change over time. I specialise in weight loss, hormonal health, eating disorders, depression/anxiety and stress, diabetes, cardiovascular health, digestive issues, children's health, chronic fatigue syndrome and sports nutrition. I am also a qualified REPS insured fitness instructor.
I am also a fitness instructor who runs BodyBeautifulBootcamp in 3 local locations throughout the week; Thames Ditton, Claygate and Weybridge. Great workouts for all abilities. I train clients for events and run marathons myself. I love seeing my clients change their bodies, looking and feeling great from the inside out.

If we are all living longer, we need to be able to enjoy those years in the best health possible and this means eating the right foods at all stages of our life. Resolving health issues when young can help to prevent problems later in life.
I have had a long career as a food writer and established cookbook author, and now as a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, I consider healthy eating as the foundation for my clients programmes, to enable healing and promote well-being.
As you are looking to improve your health, you may have digestive problems; IBS is a common condition in many; perhaps headaches or migraines are affecting your life; or maybe you are finding life too stressful and need strategies to cope. For weight gain I not only consider diet but look to other causes - could it be thyroid issues or adrenal fatigue? These are some of the areas I have expertise in and can help you with.
My own health scare has been with breast cancer, and worryingly many women will find themselves affected with this at some point in their life. I have trained to help clients overcome their fears and support them with nutritional advice during and after treatment, and help to create integrative programmes with oncologists.
I have always believed that what we eat has a direct impact on the ageing process and my mission is to help clients be as healthy as possible, and allow us to live life to the full for as long as possible.
